We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you receive does not match the description provided. Since all of our products are custom-made to order, returns are not accepted for items that are made according to your specifications. Our policy only covers cases of damaged items or incorrect shipments.

What if the size doesn’t fit me?

A highly accurate size guide will be provided with each product. We recommend you refer to this guide carefully to ensure the best fit. Since our products are tailor-made, please double-check your measurements before placing an order.
