Shipping Information & Custom-Made Policy
Custom-Made Items & No Stock Policy:
All of our products are custom-made to order, meaning we do not carry excess stock. Once you place your order, it is tailor-made specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns for items that meet your custom specifications. Our return policy only covers cases of damaged goods or incorrect shipments. Additionally, some items are available for immediate shipping in limited quantities, so please inquire if you need your dress urgently. Please inquire if you need your dress urgently.
Tailoring & Shipping Time:
Our tailoring process generally takes 14-18 working days. Shipping time depends on the courier service selected, with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT delivering in approximately 5-7 business days. If you need your dress sooner, we will prioritize your order with rush service whenever possible. Please inform us of your requirements.
Genuine Photos Assured:
All dresses showcased are captured in real-life images by our own factory. You can trust that what you see is exactly what you will receive, and often, the dresses look even more captivating in person!
Tax and Custom Duties Information:
Taxes and duties are determined by your country's customs regulations (though many countries don’t impose taxes). We do not cover these charges, but we’re happy to assist by adjusting the declared value upon request to help minimize any import duties or taxes.
Please Note:
- Riviera Couture is not responsible for delays or customs charges related to online purchases.
- We are not liable for late arrivals, undelivered packages (due to customer unavailability), or delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or any external factors.
- Shipping is processed from Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed when our office reopens.
- Delivery times may increase during promotional periods or peak seasons.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
- Riviera Couture takes no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft once the parcel is delivered to the specified shipping address.
Manufacturing & International Shipping:
- Riviera Couture is headquartered in Bahrain, with manufacturers in Turkey, Dubai, and China. If an item is out of stock in Bahrain but available at one of our manufacturing locations, it will be shipped directly from there.

ريفييرا كوتور مقرها في البحرين، والمصانع في تركيا ودبي والصين. إذا كان المنتج المطلوب غير متوفر في
البحرين ولكنه متوفر في مواقع التصنيع، سيتم شحنه مباشرةً من هناك. تكاليف الشحن وأوقات التسليم تظل كما هي.
